Let’s talk sleep regression...
So...my LO started sleeping long stretches right around 2 months old. The time varies, but she was sleeping 5-8 hours before feeding and then sleep another few hours depending on the day.
She turned 3 months old on the 17th. Starting about 3 nights ago, I would put her down to sleep (between 9-10) and she would fuss/cry (mostly asleep) if her pacifier fell out but she would continue to sleep.
The past two nights, she’s woken up earlier than usual for her first feeding 2:30ish and 3:30ish) and is WIDE awake. Two nights ago she was “talking” and laughing for two hours before she fell back asleep. Last night she just kind of fussed for a bit until I side fed her and made sure she was really out before putting her back to sleep (in co-sleeper).
Could this be her “regression”? My concern is that daddy thinks we should move her to her crib in her room before she’s older and it becomes more difficult to move her. We had originally decided on last week, but to be honest I don’t completely feel ready. Does it make sense to move her now that her sleep pattern is changing? Do I wait until she sleeps better again?
I’m a FTM and could use some guidance
