Trouble Sleeping?
Anyone else having trouble sleeping? I can fall asleep fine. Wake up 3-4 hours later and up for another 1-2 hours at least before able to go back to sleep. Just started week 19. I’ve tried grabbing a snack and listening to calm music out of desperation, no luck. Insomnia sucks!!
