My marriage is falling apart. i need help

this will be my final posting im very glad i joined this group it has helped me alot.

ive been married 10 months, dating 1 yr before getting married. everything was great my husband a while back got into some legal issues and we are still working on this. our lives have changed he no longer wants a baby with me. he no longer has sex with me its been 4 monhts. he isnt loveable with me anymore. he blames me for our down falls. he is bipolar 1, he has depression and stress disorder. he doesnt take meds he only smokes daily. he shows no more intrest in our marriage. i dont know what else to do anymore. i understand his disorders but i think he uses it against me . please help me understand if we are wasting our times. we fight everyday but he seems not to care anymore like before. im very sad
