Diagnosed with false miscarriage?

Question

2/2/19 last period 
2/22/19 first bfp 
Lines have been getting darker
Started bleeding red like a period but no clots
Hcg as of yesterday (2/27/19) was 19.
I’d be about 3.5 ish weeks right now
Nothing seen in ultrasound
Idk if I’m in denial or if I could be right but I seriously don’t believe I’m miscarrying I still have a feeling I’m pregnant but i don’t understand why my hcg is only at 19 and why I’m bleeding like this. Here is my line progression. I won’t be able to get another blood draw until 3/7/19. Please help.

Only time will tell. Bleeding most of the time means miscarriage. With my second miscarriage I only spotted for a couple weeks then ended up fully miscarrying. Ultrasound showing nothing isn’t surprising though because even with a successful pregnancy you won’t see anything that early. Just have to do another blood test in 48 hours to see if hcg doubled.

It may just be slow building hcg. Don’t stress yourself. If you aren’t having any cramping, or severe cramping, I wouldn’t worry too much. You’ll know if it’s a miscarriage hun. The cramping is so bad you’ll feel like you’re dying. Just have hope everything will be okay ❤️

Im not sure. I know some bleeding/spotting is common in early pregnancies. I would just keep testing and going to the doctor to get your levels tested if you truely believe you havent miscarried. Other than that im not sure what else you could do.
