Weird IUD symptoms

Hey so I was wondering if anyone else has felt pregnant on their iud. I’ve had it for a few years now and I’m worrying it might have stopped working or that my side effects are getting worse. Has anyone else been nauseous, gaining weight, tired, back pains, lack of appetite and sometimes I can’t stop eating it’s been about two weeks now that I’ve been feeling like this with pressure/ light cramping around my uterus but no heavy cramping or bleeding.
