Cracked nipples & breastfeeding...help!
Anyone have any advice for cracked nipples while breastfeeding? Currently using a lot of lanolin after every feeding & Medela breast shells for sore nipples. Also bought some silicone lily pad breast pads to use instead of cloth/paper ones (which are torture to wear right now)...haven’t gotten them in the mail yet to try them though. What helped you the most? Initial latch is the WORST 😩
