So stupid question(s)

I had my mirena out on tues and have not had a period in 2 years. I have light spotting. Is there a way to tell if maybe this is my period after not having one in so long? Or just spotting? Or what? And if i have a few days of spotting can i consider that a period? And is it ok to continue to opk test till i know im ovulating?
