Endometriosis symptoms?

I have my doctors appointment tomorrow to get some testing done. What I’m experiencing that makes me concerned (along with a family history):

- extremely painful bowel movements once a month

- cramping and nausea every month

-2-3 days of random spotting before actual period due date (will spot and stop the whole time. I’ve never really spotted before and I’m 27)

- difficulty conceiving for 3+ years

- constant bloating, even when not on my period (I get asked am I pregnant a lot 😞)
