Please help!

Okay so my doctor told me that I have gastritis and an ulcer, but didn't help at all. He gave me some pills but provided no information. I don't know if this is what it is. But right now I just need some advice.

Symptoms:

Have barely eaten in 3 weeks

Lost 15 pounds

Extreme bloating and nausea anytime I try and eat

Stomach pain

Dizziness

Extreme chills

And much more.

Should I be pushing for more info and testing?
