Confusing cycle

Sorry for the longish post!

So I’ve been ttc for 8 months and have been on ovulation meds the entire time. This month I was referred to fertility clinic and wasn’t able to take letrozole. However I started to feel some pain on my left side so I decided to test for ovulation and it came back high but not peak. It had been high for 6 days. On Tuesday I had bloodwork done and my progesterone came back at a 4.

I still have ewcm and these high ovulation tests. So I’m just trying to figure out when maybe I actually ovulated. On thoughts on any of this?
