late period

so i was supposed to start my period yesterday, but she hasn’t arrived yet. i haven’t had sex since my last period, last had sex January 26th to be exact (bf & i do long distance 😩) & my boyfriend & i are extremely safe, condoms & he pulls out (i always see him finish) & we almost always do a water test on the condom afterwards. i also take a pregnancy test every other month just to be safe (i get scared okay) & i actually took one last night because that was the day i was supposed to & it was also negative. i’m not really worried about pregnancy, but i’m just confused as to why it would be late? i’ve always been on schedule. i’ve had some light cramping & my boobs are sore but that’s it. any explanations? please ease this 18 year old girl’s mind! thanks in advance
