How can one tell if they are a victim of emotional psychological mental abuse?? need advice. guidance. something.

I have watched my father emotionally abuse my mother for years. He yells in her face if she does something slightly wrong (giving him an end piece of a brownie when he wanted a middle piece, etc. little things). He purposefully breaks her things. He once came into my room at night and told me she was stupid when they were having an argument. He belittles her in front of people, especially her family. He’s basically a grown up elementary school bully. I’m not gonna go around saying I have PTSD from that, but I definitely have emotional trauma from growing up with him.
