Stomach pain ADVICE PLS

I’m 22 weeks , Idk if I should go to the ER or not, I bent down and got back up kinda fast & as I was walking I got a bad sharp pain in my belly button / right lower abdomen I like almost fell to the ground.

It hurts when I try to stretch, when I breathe deep or push on the area.

-UPDATE 03/01/19-

I was admitted last night, my cervix is short (at 1.7cm and it should be over 2cm)

and baby sac is “ beaking “ so I’m taking a pill (can’t remember the name) to help stop the contractions & now being put on progesterone cream. I have another ultrasound tomorrow. But baby hazels heart rate is good and she’s moving around
