Finally threw up for the first time at 11 weeks

My symptoms were gone for a few days. But the last couple of days the symptoms have been HORRIBLE. Dry heaving all the time! And then finally a few minutes ago I started up the oven to make some food, but the oven has this weird smell coming from it. I put my food in and then I noticed how my stomach felt. I tried burping a few times and as I was sitting there next to the toilet it finally happened. I threw up 3 times in a row. But this was the FIRST time I've thrown up from my pregnancy. It's been nothing but dry heaving. I had to work for 10 hours today and I only got to snack today.. maybe that's why? I was trying to make food and the smells were overwhelming.

Anyone else have this issue?
