Really intense cramping?

Hi girlies!

So I just recently found out I’m expecting! Based on my first day of my last period, I’m about 5 weeks. This is my first so I just want to make sure, is it normal to have really intense cramps this early? It’s literally to the point where I need to bend to control the spasm in my abdomen. It comes and goes here and there and lasts about 5 seconds. No bleeding or nothing... I need advice.
