Is anyone else dealing with tantrums at this point?

My son has suddenly started throwing tantrums when he isn’t given what he wants or takes things away from him. He will throw himself on the floor and roll around. He is around a 5 year old and 9 year old but I don’t think he’s seen it from them. I’m not even sure what to do about it. I just hope it’s a phase. Is anyone else going through the same thing right now?

omg as soon as he turned 12 months in jan. they started for every lil things. he is obsessed with the fridge, ill open it n he runs to it.. n when i take him away n close the door.. he will drop himself on da floor n start to scream 😤😫🤦🏿‍♀️ i dont even wanna see the terrible 2s

My LO does the same. It's very normal. They do it because they get frustrated with their lack of speech. In time it gets better but it may get worse before it gets better. I simply just make sure my LO is safe during the tantrum but more or less ignore the behaviour.

Mine been doing it for a while it’s a normal frustration/emotional reaction and developmentally normal
