Frustrated

They put me on a ton of carbs for dinner and evening snack and now my morning levels are over 95...has anyone cut back from what the dietitian gave you and had success?

I am not trying to lose weight but the amount of carbs they are having me eat is more than my normal pre-GD diet. I’ve eaten pretty much zero processed foods so this is frustrating.

They have me eating a 30g evening snack at 9 and then I wake up at 5am for work! Seems a bit excessive.
