Food advice?
So I need some friendly diet tips and advice. I've been tracking carbs and calories, writing down everything i eat, exercising and walking between 1.5 - 2.5 miles a day. My health coach says I'm doing great but i need to amp it all up and try to find info about foods high in protein/low in carbs. So i guess basically what I'm asking is what kinda foods do you guys eat that has helped you llse or maintain your weight? I really want to lse some so i can be healthy l, conceive and hopefully one day fit into my jeans i wore a year ago. HELP!
