Missing periods but not pregnant

Hi everyone. My husband and I have been TTC for 10 months after having a miscarriage in April 2018. I had been tracking ovulation through opk and bbt through the summer until September, then I stopped because everyone says if you relax, it will happen.

I got my period as normal in October, then completely skipped November but was not pregnant. I got a period in December and January on time, but now am 7 days late for February and have spotting but no period and all BFN.

Has anyone had this experience? What was your outcome? I am giving up hope that we will ever have a living baby.
