Miscarriage at 19 hcg

I was about 3w3d when I was told my hcg was at 19 and I’m miscarrying (I was bleeding like a period. No clots but still bleeding that lasted 3-4 days) 3 days later I still have pg symptoms and bleeding stopped this morning. Here’s a little chart along with pics of my tests (that look like they’re getting darker?)

2/26 bleeding started

2/27 blood test hcg at 19

2/28 took another test in the evening. Came back positive. Still have symptoms.

3/1 still have symptoms. Bleeding stopped.

3/7 next scheduled blood test.

Is there any way im still pregnant or is this 100% miscarriage and I just have the hormone still in my system?
