Have you guys heard this story it happened yesterday that a women called the cops because her dog got humped by another dog?? My question is what do you guys think about unnecessary phone calls like this? And why do ppl find the need to do it? And does it have to do with race or pettiness or do they have a mental issue or were they just having a bad day?

Me personally I think it's a waste of tax payers money and time and plus the police could be assisting a more important phone call then this
