I am now four days late with a BFN

😣 I wish I just knew what was happening. I've been spotting red and then the minute I put a tampon in due to what I think is gonna be a heavy flow, it stops and turns back into brown discharge. I normally have super heavy periods. Like gotta buy a big pack of ultras and I may only have like 5 left of the 30 something in there so I'm pretty sure this isn't my period. I've been having symptoms that I dont normally associate with my period. I have never been late except when I was pregnant. I've been pregnant three times with miscarriages. I already had a normal cycle after my last miscarriage and this hasn't happened after any of my other ones either. My obgyn is out of town until next week sometime and my clinic diagnosed me with the stomach flu.... wtf?? I dont even know anymore. If it continues into next week like Wednesday I'll go to the clinic again. This is about that time when I wanna curse my body
