TTC after Mirena

Hi ladies..... I'm a 39 year old mama of 4 boys ages 16, 11, 8, and 2. I had my mirena taken out 4 days ago as we are trying for baby #5! My question is, have any of you had an IUD removed if so how long after you had it taken out did you get your period? It seems like i started spotting a little the day I got it out and today 4 days later it seems like a regular period. (I have had the IUD in for 3 yrs and haven't had a period that whole time) Do i count this as a period? Or is this bleeding from iud removal? Sorry for the long post...just trying to make sure I'm logging my periods correctly lol
