Anemia
I was diagnosed with severe anemia during pregnancy. A few days after I had my son my levels were checked and they were 11.7. I have been bleeding with my postpartum though. Is there any way the bleeding could cause my levels to drop low again, or should I be alright? Can I call my ob and request my levels be checked?
