Nipples hurt?

Omg you guys, idk what it is but my nipples are killing me today! Like a sharp stabbing pain. Anyone else dealing with this?

I’m 36 weeks tomorrow and I’ve had sharp stabbing pains in my nipples (specifically the left one) since like 13 weeks 😂 it hurts soooo bad it feels like a knife slicing my nipple. I get it when I’m cold and the only thing that helps it is applying some type of heat

Yes like lightning pain sometimes if I massage them they stop

I don’t know about sharp stabbing pain but since 29 weeks I can feel my breast getting that warm rush feeling. It’s my breast starting to make colostrum
