Pregnant with a 9 month old...

I just really need some reassurance, I'm a younger mom. Our first daughter was planned, this baby was not. But we knew what we were doing, just didn't think it'd happen that fast. Anyway, I'm blessed, but also stressed. Because the baby we have now is very needy and I still breastfeed which my doctor recommended I stop when she turns one and that's going to be a chore and just don't know how she'll do around a new sibling. She will be 1.5 years old about. Can anyone share experiences please!:) I'd appreciate it!
