Food troubles?

Katie

For all the nauseated Moms out there, sorry!! I haven’t struggled too much with it, but, I heard on the podcast I listen to (The Birth Hour, I highly recommend it!!) that having a peanut butter and jelly close by your bed - take some small bites before you get up helps.

Personally, in my first few weeks I struggled with having an appetite. Cold cereal, I loved 5 grain Cheerios! Cold fruit, green apples out of the fridge or a cold orange and really crunchy cold grapes. Saved me!!

Right now I’m 12 weeks 1 day - really been craving sweets which is HARD!! So I got some fruit popsicles, which aren’t cake, but do help!

Also, trust me when I tell you to eat some home made fettuccine alfredo, omg🤤🤤🤤

Good luck everyone❤️
