What do you do when you mess up?
I have been doing really good with my eating habits (I'm an over eater) and with exercising almost every day... But today I sabotaged myself and ate 2 big chocolate muffins. 😥 I want to do my work out but feel like it's pointless since I already messed up by eating junk. Do I push through and don't let it get to me or just give up for the day? 😣
