still having cramps, should i worry?

i’m 11 weeks 3 days and i still get cramps. i’m so paranoid that somethings wrong but should i really be worried? did anyone else have cramps still at 11 weeks?

Is this your first pregnancy? It’s most likely your body stretching to make room for the growing baby. I’m pregnant with my second currently 13 weeks and get a little cramping every once in a while as things stretch. As long as there isn’t bleeding you are more than likely fine

Same thing happened to me today. I had light cramping in the beginning that went away and returned today. I’ll be 11 weeks on Monday, I’m assuming it’s just normal uterus stretching 🤷🏼‍♀️

My dr just told me today a little cramping is normal it’s the uterus stretching. Severe cramps with spotting is when he said to come in.
