Short luteal phase after the pill?

Today I am 10 dpo and when I went to (excitedly) take an early pregnancy test, I found that I had gotten my period (disappointingly). I wasn’t due for my period for another 4 days. I know that I ovulated 10 days ago because I’m tracking it. I also had sex three times around ovulation and I was hopeful, although not overly hopeful since we only just started trying. Now I’m worried my luteal phase is too short! Is a 10 day luteal phase abnormal? I got off the pill January 1. Does anyone have experience with a short luteal phase after the pill?

I had wonky periods coming off the pill too, my first one was maybe 21 days, second was way short 15 days. I started taking some supplements to help regulate (upspring fertility plus and b6), it seemed to help bc my next cycle was 29 days. I think it just takes some time for your body to regulate back to normal. Sucks to get your period though when you know you’ve timed everything right :(
