Tips to keep “things” moving
I’m already taking a magnesium pill and a stool softener. I am going every day basically but not as much or as easy as usual. I’m drinking TONS of water so I know that isn’t the problem. Eating really well rounded meals as well too so it’s not like it’s junk. My dr said at my last appointment that my intestines had already shifted and that could be why but I forgot to even talk about it haha
