I just don’t know

I just got accepted into the radiography program at my school and am extremely excited. I couldn’t stop smiling until I told my husband and he didn’t even try to hide his disappointment. He wanted to move back to Illinois after the navy with no job prospects. Neither of us have degrees and my whole family is here in Virginia to help us. Now I feel like I shouldn’t do the program to keep him happy but I’ve been working towards this for 2 years. I don’t know what to do.
