chemical pregnancy

I took a test the day of my missed period according to this app. I got a very faint positive, took another one the next day still very faint and today 2 days later I'm spotting and feel cramps and am almost certain af is coming. I feel so defeated and I'm hoping someone on here has been through this and can either give advise or even just share their own story. I have 3 beautiful daughter's so don't feel sorry or sad for me I know some of you ladies don't have any babies yet and my prayers are with all of you
