6 days late and light flow

Hey, so I’m 25 and for February my period was late by 5 days and now that I got it it’s a very light flow compare to my normally heavy flows ( as in I can go most of the day with out changing my pad). And there’s also blood clots... so I’m assuming that’s not implantation happening. I took a test and it came back negative but could it be too soon for positive results?

My question is, should I re-test even tho I have my period or scratch it off as my body acting up and giving me light flow?
