The BEST liquid eyeliner?

I almost got kat vons tattoo eyeliner- but unsure.
I haven’t done makeup since October 2017 and I bought some foundation and makeup palettes, I want to get back into winged eyeliner but I want something a little more pricey. And worth it.
Like, fentys foundation.

I use the Kat von D tattoo in black and brown. Love them. You get a great line and good longevity.

I was going to say the flyliner from fenty. I haven’t tried it but it looks really good and all the eye looks are amazing with it. The wings are super sharp
