Am I pregnant or not?

So I feel like it’s still pretty early. My last period started the 3rd of February and ended the 7th. I’ve been feeling strange cramps for about a week and a couple of days now. Pinching sensation in my uterus (center) of lower abdomen. Pinching sensation and swelling in breasts. I can smell things now from a mile away. I’ve been very irritable and breaking out, heavy acne. I feel very bloated, can’t stop eating. No nausea. Very fatigued. One app tells me I’m a day late on my period, another app says my period is due in 2 days. Just recently took a test. Faint line? Is it just me or does that look like a positive, after 2 minutes of waiting after peeing, faint line appeared... OH AND IM PEEING EVERY 3 hours
