Implantation cramping?

Hey there y’all! I have a quick question about ovulation and cramping. - I had sex on the 25th of February and then ovulated on the 1st. I cramped So so so much on the 1st and it was mostly lower stomach and hip pains. 
If I wait till 10DPO will I get an accurate test reading? Sex was unprotected. What are my chances of pregnancy? Would implantation bleeding come pretty soon? Or does it happen past 10DPO?

You might not even feel any cramping from implantation.
I had to cramping but I had the lightest spotting I’ve ever had. Barely noticeable. 
I only reason I knew I was pregnant was because something just didn’t feel “normal”. I tested and found out I was pregnant just as it was technically viable (my HCG blood concentration was only 28) and that was taken a couple days after getting a positive urine test.

If you just ovulated in the 1st, you weren’t having implantation cramps then, just ovulation cramps.  Implantation doesn’t happen until approximately 6-12 days after ovulation.
