Help, surprising my best friend?

I’m going to see my best friend in about 2.5 weeks and plan to tell her and her husband then. We will be 10 weeks pregnant.

She’s more of an older sister to me and I really love her. My children will probably call her aunt.

I’m looking for a cute and easy way to surprise her on our visit. I know she’s gonna loose her mind and I wanna make it memorable.
