help please

First, I’m sorry if I posted this in the wrong section. Second, I’m sorry this is a stupid question. I’m new to this app and I’ve noticed there are a lot acronyms used. I have to no clue what they mean. I know “TTC” means trying to conceive, but other than that I’m always confused when I read a post. If everyone who read this at least commented what one means I’d be super grateful. Thank you in advance!! ❤️
