Lower back pain, lightning crotch & exhaustion!

37w 4 d, 90% effaced and 1 cm last Wednesday at my OB apt. Had few sporadic contractions last weekend.

This morning- the exhaustion and lower back pain is crippling. Going to call it a couch day and heating pad in the lower back.

I realize EVERYONE is thinking they are about to pop and this is it...and this whole pregnancy I had it in my head as a FTM I’d delivery after my DD... but with that being said, I really think I’m going this week at some point. 🤷🏼‍♀️
