High bp to low bp to back?

Hey gals

I went into pregnancy with controlled high blood pressure. Am high risk bc of it and see a perinatal team in addition to my OB. At 19 weeks my bp tanked causing me to pass out. We could not get it back up by reducing my meds so they had me stop them completely and now Im running normal. Did this happen to anyone else in the 2nd tri? Did your bp go back up near or in the 3rd trimester? Im assuming it is naive of me to think my bp will be normal now given I have had high bp for three years now. What are ya’ll experiences? TIA
