First morning wee

hi. I took an early detection this morning which was negative (I think I'm 8 or 9 dpo so it's still pretty early) anyway just wondering - if you pee overnight does it impact your first morning wee for the test? Trying to stay positive as I know it was early to test but every BFN sucks.
