My son is teething and getting his molars so he’s been a little more needy the last few days but today has been over the top. He’s been extremely lethargic (slept 14 hours last night and had two naps today already) and was inconsolable for over a hour (we’d try to cuddle/rock him and he’d push away from us then scream at us for setting him down) until finally he fell asleep again. Is this normal teething behavior? He’s also had a cough and runny nose and slight wheezing (he’s always been a wheezy baby so it’s not that concerning) fever yesterday but nothing today. I’m just my worried something more is going on but I hate bringing him to the doctor just because he’s “crabby”.
