Still pregnant!?

Anyone else still surprised to be pregnant? I started dilating much earlier this pregnancy than my others (I know it doesn’t necessarily mean anything just not the normal for me) at my appointment on Wednesday I was 4-5 cm dilated and 80% effaced. With my past babes when I hit that mark I went into labor within roughly 48 hours. My ob even did a sweep! Here I am 3 days later though...like I’m honestly in shock baby hasn’t come yet. My ob was somewhat in shock too, she said she’s pretty positive I won’t make it to my appointment Thursday, but hurry up turkey butt!
