How long did it take you ?

We had my iud removed in November, and pretty much have been trying to conceive ever since. Over the past 6-8 months I have changed my diet lost 50 pounds and cut my alcohol consumption wayyyyy done. If anything a bottle of wine lasts a month in my house 🤦🏽‍♀️. I’ve done this all to be healthier and try to prepare for a baby . But anyway month after month I get my period and I’m starting to get a little sad and even my bf is getting a little down when I buy a box of tampons 🤣. I’ve always said i want to stress myself on conceiving right away because it’s not healthy but I was just wondering how long it too you to conceive after an iud ??
