Is it fair?

My partners father, step mother and their young child have not spoken to me in months and now that my baby is due in 2 months they expect to see him when he is born but refuse to be vaccinated or speak to me in general. I have told my partner no they are not welcome anywhere near me or our baby because you can't expect me to forget that you called me all the names under the sun and haven't spoken a word to me since to then let you see my baby? Is that unfair?
