Can’t sleep another question on thyroid non baby related

What is considered a high level of TSH mine from February of 2018 was 0.099! I haven’t gotten checked by a dr since. It was also found I had thrombocytes mayalgia and prediabeties along with fatigue did anyone else have these symptoms when diagnosed with hyperthyroidism? They high RBC is making me scared that I have a blood cancer or something. I have no other infections that I know of.
