What do you do to sleep soundly?
I have been so, so tired lately and my husband suggested I track my sleep with my Fitbit to see if I am actually not sleeping well or if I there is something else going on. Well, below is last night, and under that is in August (pre-pregnancy). I have been sleeping this poorly every night!! I think it is partly I am starting to have trouble getting comfortable.
How do you get restful sleep? Thinking about buying a body pillow - has anyone committed to this yet?
