Acid Reflux

Help 😭😭😭 Hoping someone on here can offer some advice! This acid reflux is killing me! It doesn’t really seem to matter what I eat or drink either.. At night I’ve been having to practically be sitting up which isn’t comfortable to sleep so I get terrible sleep and I still often wake up choking or coughing. I already take Zantac twice a day and I’m just wondering if there’s something else I can take that may work better or can take in addition to the Zantac.
