What to do to cause a period to jumpstart?

My period is late by 5 days and I'm just waiting and I took 2 pregnancy test both negative but no cramps. And my boobs are kinda tender but not much. 
Is there anything I can do to help my period comfortable along since I'm not pregnant?!

No. That’s not how it works. It’s all biological. If you have been having unprotected sex then there’s still a chance you could be pregnant so retest in a few days.

Mine was 10 days late & officially came today, finally!! The funny part is, I finally went with my husband to the gym last night & did the elliptical for an hour. When I got home I had a little light spot but I think the constant exercise helped!! Also, sex. Sex helps too!

Sex always seems to jumpstart mine. Really good sex and the same day I would start a week or 2 weeks early.

I have the same problem this month my period is 6 days late today. I had unprotected sex but he pulled out. I wasn’t on my fertile days i had just finish day before. My boobs is the only thing hurting I get cramps here and there. But both my test came out negative

I’m late by way more than 5 days... I started my last period January 20th and I went the entire month of February without a period and I still haven’t started. I’ve taken four tests (one last night) and they’ve all come back negative. I don’t know what’s going on but I’m also nauseous half the time and gaining a little bit of weight. Any ideas?

Not really. There has been some evidence that eating pineapple and taking black cohosh can help with inducing a period, but it’s not proven. You probably ovulated later than usual, causing a naturally late period.
